I can't say enough wonderful things about Leah and her team! I've worked with my share of Realtors over the years for both buying and selling my homes, and they were all great but nothing compared to Leah! She is one of the sweetest people and has a heart of gold. When my furniture wasn't arriving in time, she brought over one of her air mattresses and sheets so that I would have somewhere to sleep. Leah was great to work with. She helped us get our house for 30k under asking. Then when issues came up during inspection She very strongly negotiated in our behalf and the sellers settled the repairs (thousands of dollars worth) with contractors directly, but also managed to arrange the repairs with all parties so as not hold up closing over the issue, which was ideal for us. We bought the house that was perfect for us and it is entirely because Leah was our agent that we got it. She consistently went the extra mile for us day after day until...one rainy and cold day...she called us while at a gem of a new build had just been listed at a great price, along with two other new homes by the same builder. Equally impressive is that she was a long way away, but went right over the place to get the details. She had already guided us through the preliminaries when we first started looking to buy, so we were ready to move quickly on it--good thing, too, because all three of the homes sold in a day, and Leah moved swiftly to close on the very one we wanted! You really need an agent who knows the market and all the players in it, who gives sound and insightful advice, is personable and listens to what you want, and who won't stop until you have the keys in your hands. Leah is that agent!

When I was looking to buy a home, Leah helped me find the perfect place. She didn't even roll her eyes when I picked a place and then wanted to see just one more. Well, as it turned out, the one more ended up being the one I purchased. She helped me through a very difficult sale and was so amazing that the selling broker told me how professional and knowledgeable she was (as if I didn't know). Then, when it was time to sell, she helped me through that process as well. I wish she worked in Oregon because I can't imagine anyone else making buying a home as much fun.
